I wanted to take the time to write to you and your team to make sure we are recognizing the amazing work that has been delivered over the past 6 months for (our company). We never doubted that Canada Transport Company was able to handle our business model and make a good association with us. Delivery was the real test.  After seeing the immense turnover in adapting to our model,  getting educated on our assortment, adapting to endless changes, and making the impossible flawless, you have not only proven dedication, flexibility, and competences; but furthermore…a true partner for (our company) to succeed and scale.  It was important for me to on-board right, strong, and make a drastic change in our company to find the right fit. Your team and you have both gave me the trust and confidence to move ahead, on-board London, and perfect our practices in 2020.

I would like to thank everyone at Canada Transport Company for the two cases of surgical masks.  As stated in previous communications, those masks will be distributed to our dedicated and hardworking caregivers who continue to serve individuals with disabilities in the community.

Every day our caregivers provide hands-on support to consumers in need of assistance with their daily living activities. These surgical masks will offer increased safety to both our caregivers, who are providing an invaluable service throughout this pandemic and the consumers they provide services too.

Logistics Plus is a valuable asset to our community, and we greatly appreciate you.

I am so happy with everything that Canada Transport Company has done for us. We are creating solutions and implementing SOP’s that are substantially changing our operations capabilities and strengthening our business so we can function in an entirely different stratosphere than where we began. Our goal next year is to triple our sales and we could NOT have done that without a foundational structure that’s as strong as what you are providing us. I hope everyone on your team knows how deeply valued they are to PAK Canada Trade Association and that we couldn’t have gotten here without all of you!

I want to express my appreciation to your team for their support for a Mexico shipment for a list of machines and fixtures that were delivered today.

I initiated this shipment in May 2020 but till November 2020 we had no success bringing the shipment up to (our Illinois location). Our operation has started experiencing downtime without these machines. Sandra has been giving special love to this shipment and monitored the whole process very closely making sure nothing falls short. Most importantly, this shipment has arrived at (our Illinois location) this afternoon.

This shipment is the first batch of a larger list. I will keep Canada Transport in mind for the remaining items on the list as well as future international shipments.

As a recycle trader, I hired Canada Transport Company to organize shipping a scarp metal container from Miami USA to Karachi Pakistan. The service has been nothing short of excellent from start to finish. The container was unloaded at the Canada Transport Company warehouse where products had to be sorted & repalletized. Staff answered my questions promptly and courteously; nothing was too much trouble. They kept me fully informed at every stage of the process. Everything proceeded like clockwork and my products were accepted without any unpleasant surprise. I’ll be employing them for my next shipment and I can thoroughly recommend them to anybody wishing to ship goods around the world.
